Thank you for choosing Tally Sync - gseven. These terms of service explain the conditions under which you may use our Google Sheets addon. By using our addon, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Tally Sync - gseven is a Google Sheets addon that allows you to connect to your Tally accounting software running on your local system and transfer data from there to your Google Sheets. The app does not send any data to our server, and we do not collect any user data beyond the data collected by Google Sheets.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tally Sync - gseven in accordance with these terms of service.
You agree to use Tally Sync - gseven only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the addon. You may not use the addon in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the addon or interfere with anyone else's use of the addon.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to Tally Sync - gseven, including all intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the addon without our prior written consent.
Tally Sync - gseven is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the addon will meet your requirements or that the operation of the addon will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of Tally Sync - gseven, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of the addon, your violation of these terms of service, or your violation of any rights of another.
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, delhi. Any dispute arising under or related to these terms of service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of india, delhi
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Tally Sync - gseven after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
